If you are considering buying a book written by me (or by anybody else), my first request is that you purchase from a local, independent bookstore. In this age of wholesale homogenization and runaway franchising, I feel a deep gratitude towards homegrown retail iconoclasts and other holdouts. I am not such a Luddite, however, that I do not appreciate (and avail myself of) online merchandise, including books. I include several links here.
